Wall Stickers

I just love wall stickers! I think that they are the new wallpaper for interior design thanks to their endless possibilities.

For those who are new to this, wall stickers are one of the latest trends when it comes to decorating your walls. These stickers are made to not leave any stains on your walls and very often, can be reused again (at least two times before they stop being sticky).

Thanks to their ease of use, you can instantly change the look and feel of your room with very little trouble. Did I mention that they are also relatively affordable? With a low price and endless designs, you can literally change the look of any space as often as you want.

Here is a quick guide to using wall stickers, which are also known as wall decals. If you have a small space, or if you wish to make a space feel bigger, use sticker designs that are smaller and more intricate. If you want to create a cozier feel, go for bigger designs.

Another tip in using wall stickers is that you must take great care is selecting the size of the design. You will want to measure the space that you want to decorate and bring a measuring tape along with you to the store. A design may look small at the store (due to bigger space) but there is a good chance that you find that it is way to large for the space you intend to decorate.

You would also want to buy wall decals that are reusable (for at least two times). This prolongs the lifespan of your stickers where you can reuse them in other spaces sometime later. It is always such a waste to throw beautiful things away.

If you are not sure with what colors to choose from, black is always the safest. If not, you can go for very colors that are similar with the wall that you want to decorate (if it doesn’t look that good, at least it is going to be subtle). If you have no confidence on which wall decal to choose from, you can always consult an interior designer.
